Drawing from Blue Ocean Strategy, 10 Types of Innovation, Lean Startup, and Value Proposition & Business Model Canvas methodologies, I craft clear product direction that drives results. Through focused executive workshops, I align teams around measurable objectives and create momentum for execution.
DESIGN THINKING & UX
While strategy is essential for setting the direction, design thinking is the engine that puts strategy into motion. Through this human-centered approach, I lead design teams to create impactful solutions. By blending UX/UI design with behavioral science and gamification, I help teams deliver experiences that drive engagement and results.
USER & MARKET RESEARCH
Identifying and understanding users' unmet and unknown needs is the foundation of amazing solutions. I uncover users' mental models, behaviors, barriers, and motivations through generative and evaluative research. I leverage behavioral economics, and modern tools, including AI, to optimize users' experiences.
INNOVATION
Innovation and day-to-day business can seem at odds, leading to a tricky balancing act. My proven approach accelerates innovation across all horizons—from solving known challenges to discovering breakthrough opportunities in unexplored territories. Over 15 years and 75+ workshops, I've practiced the art of creating dynamic spaces where innovation flourishes. When I don't apply myself to strategic projects, I deliver my Strategy-Innovation-Design training. My expertise in facilitating strategy, design thinking, and innovation workshops now enriches students at the University of Delaware, where I teach Design Thinking and guide teams toward breakthrough solutions.
